Breathwork
 

A deeply transformative work method that uses breath

to work safely with our body, emotions, experiences or beliefs. During the session we will use a specific breathing technique, allowing the breath to guide us to the deepest parts of ourselves, to our inner wisdom and healing.

Somatic work. Nervous system regulation.
 

At the center of my work is the body — as a source of wisdom, emotion, memory, and inner resources. I draw on somatic approaches (including Somatic Experiencing®) to support gentle nervous system regulation, the restoration of a sense of safety, and reconnection with inner balance.
I help individuals attune to bodily signals, build self-regulation capacity, and integrate difficult experiences at a pace that respects their unique needs and limits.

EMDR therapy

An internationally recognized therapeutic method, recommended by the WHO and the American Psychiatric Association, among others, as effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and other challenging experiences.
In my practice, I integrate EMDR with a somatic approach — paying close attention to stabilization, grounding, and bodily awareness throughout the process.
As a result, EMDR sessions become not only a tool for processing the past but also a path to deepening the relationship with oneself and cultivating inner resilience.
