RESET – An 8-Week Program for Nervous System Regulation and Stress Reduction

Coming back to yourself through the body, breath, and conscious presence

Does your body and mind live in a constant state of tension?
Do you often feel overwhelmed, irritable, emotionally exhausted, or find it hard to truly rest—even when "nothing's happening"? Or maybe you're searching for a way to better understand yourself, find inner calm, and learn how to support yourself from within?

RESET is an 8-week process designed to help you:
– understand the responses of your body and nervous system
– learn to recognize your boundaries and signs of stress
– develop practical emotional regulation skills
– connect more deeply with yourself, your body, and your breath

It’s a journey to a place where you can exhale with relief, feel safer within yourself, and regain a sense of agency.

What does the program include?

✅ 8 individual therapy sessions (50 min each)
– psychoeducation on the nervous system and its states (Window of Tolerance)
– learning somatic self-regulation tools (including Somatic Experiencing® approaches)
– exercises to deepen body and sensory awareness
– mapping your personal resources, supportive rituals, and micro-habits
– building emotional resilience, mindfulness, and self-compassion

✅ Between-session materials
– simple somatic exercises
– practical tips for everyday use
– maps of the body, emotions, and inner resources
– recommended practices and inspirations (audio / text)

✅ Additional email support between sessions (once between each session)
– to ask questions, share experiences, or receive extra guidance and materials

✅ 50 PLN discount on two breathwork sessions (120 min each)
– conscious connected breathwork sessions to release tension, emotions, and blocks stored in the body
– trauma-informed approach: gentle and attuned to your system’s pace
– opportunity for deep self-connection and integration of what was previously inaccessible

Who is this program for?

This program is for you if:
– you live under constant pressure and find it hard to slow down
– you experience stress, tension, anxiety, or emotional difficulty
– you feel “stuck” or disconnected from yourself
– you want to learn how to listen to your body and respond to its needs
– you long for more calm, balance, and clarity in your daily life

No previous experience with therapy, breathwork, or body-based practices is required – I will tailor the process to your needs, pace, and capacity.

How does it work?

Sessions take place weekly, either in my office in Warsaw or online.
We’ll co-create the process with flexibility and attunement to what arises for you.
This program is not about overanalyzing – it’s about experiencing, feeling, and developing real-life skills that will stay with you long after the sessions end.
